William B. Cizmar lives in Roseville, California. Bill spends lots of time on Ancestry, knows a lot about Lisbon, actually anything as he says "touches" on it. As he defines it, touch is the info from any document he can find indicating a person had a connection to Lisbon's town. Including, but not limited to, a census, draft application, mustering roll, cemetery, birth, death, marriage, obituary, city directory, family tree, etc. He "loves this stuff" and is responsible for introducing Beth to the Historical Society several years ago. He also has helped us solve several ancestry puzzles and is part of the Fantastic 4.
